The Rio Del Lago 100-Mile Endurance Run starts at Beals Point and continues to a loop around Lake Natoma. Runners then run along Folsom Lake and North Fork of the American River to the American River Overlook Park. From there they proceed out and around the Auburn State Recreation Area canyons and return to the finish at Beal’s Point via the American River Overlook Park. Great spectating can be found at the American River Overlook Park.
