The Endurance Capital of the World™!
Never a dull moment as time marches on into 2023 at our Endurance Capital. The traditional Auburn New Year’s Day Resolution Run went off without a hitch, held a welcome day-long break in the nonstop rain. Well attended by out-of -owners and locals, the challenging 10-mile, 10K, and 5K runs provided fun runners and experienced trail runners a great way to start their new year. The Endurance Capital Committee was there in force with their tent, “Wheel of Fortune”, and a plethora of Auburn Endurance Capital logo’ed give-aways. New this year on the Wheel were very cool, 6×6-inch silicon jar openers which can double as a mouse pad and gift certificates from several Downtown Auburn businesses.
On the heels of the Resolution Run coming right up on Saturday, January 7 is the No Hands Trail Run (50K, 35K, 13.1M, 8K). Lots more after that. Check out the Auburn Endurance Capital’s comprehensive regional endurance event calendar for so much more!
Be sure to stop by the tent at The Endurance Capital Committee’s next event presence: the FOURmidable trail runs start finish at Overlook Park. I-mile event is on Feb. 17, the 50K, 35.5K, Half Marathon & 10K are all on Feb. 18.
