The Team of four elite ultra-distance running athletes, re-creating the December 16, 1846 rescue mission of 17 members of the Donner Party, completed their 100+ mile journey in five days on Sunday, 3:47 p.m December 20. The 1846 rescue mission took 33 days and of the 17 members, only 7 survived.
