Auburn resident Rae Clark was the first American to become a true “Renaissance Man” of the ultra distance sport. He excelled at a world-class level at all 3 race-type venues: Road, Track and Trail. The City of Auburn has honored his accomplishments with an Endurance Zone tile in Central Square in Downtown Auburn. Friends and admirers came together to help celebrate this and meet Rae on Sunday, Jan. 21, 10 am at Central Square’s Endurance Zone.
